Had a great Thanksgiving weekend getaway. the hotel was fantastic. the location was ideal, being centrally located with easy access to key attractions. the hotel staff were really warm and welcoming. the hot breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. the room was clean and fresh. Another fantastic thing was the free Wi-Fi, which enabled me to work from my room comfortably and efficiently.

Only one issue that I had was with the pricing of the food at the hotel’s restaurant, which was a bit pricier than local places. the second was the bed being a bit too firm for my liking, which made it difficult to sleep through the night.

The young girl at the reception, Nat, was extremely helpful in helping us arrange taxis and trains back to Kokshetau. The hotel is also clean, comfortable and very good value for money. I will be recommending it to friends and colleagues.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the facilities were great. The location provided easy access to the center of the city with taxis readily available. The breakfast was also lovely.

The location was perfect for my business trip, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the lack of reliable Wi-Fi in my room. I had to go down to the lobby to get a good signal, which was a bit inconvenient.
